The Dubai Marina cruises usually last about 2 hours.
Currently, Alexandra Dhow Cruise offers a Sunset Cruise from 5:30 - 7:30 pm and a Dinner Cruise from 9:00 - 10:45 pm.
There are cruises every day from the Dubai Marina.
Boarding time for the dinner cruise starts at 8:15 pm.
We used the Alexandra Dhow Cruise company for our Marina Cruise. However, other companies do Dubai Marina Cruises as well.

What route does the Dubai Marina cruise take?
The Dubai Marina Cruise leaves the Dubai Marina Yacht Club and heads east through the Dubai Marina.
Along this route, you will see restaurants, shops, mosques, and residential buildings in the Dubai Marina.
After dinner, you will reach one of the most picturesque areas of the Dubai Marina. This area has the Cayan Tower (twisted building).
Then the route will go north, passing Skydive Dubai.
If you’re interested in Skydiving over the Palm Jumeirah, check out our Skydive Dubai vlog. Dubai has to be one of the best places to skydive.
Next, the dhow boat will turn left and enter the other side of the Dubai Marina with views of JBR.
Seeing the Dubai skyscrapers lit up at night is a magical experience.
JBR, or Jumeirah Beach Residence, is located in the Dubai Marina. It has tons of shops, restaurants, hotels, and a beautiful beach.
While in Dubai, be sure to visit JBR.
The Flying Cup in the JBR area is one of the best things to do while exploring Jumeirah Beach Residence.
We went around sunset, so we got breathtaking views. The Flying Cup takes you up 40 meters into the air. At the top, you get panoramic views of JBR. We could see the Dubai Eye, the Burj al Arab, and the Burj Khalifa.
If you’re interested in visiting JBR, check out our vlog.
The last stop on the Dubai Marina dinner cruise route is to pass by the Dubai Eye on Bluewaters Island.
The Dubai Eye or Ain Dubai is the world’s highest observation wheel.
It wasn’t open when we took our Dubai Marina cruise, but it is open now.
After passing by Bluewaters Island, the Alexandra dhow boat returns to the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
We had a wonderful evening on the luxury dinner cruise through the Dubai Marina.
